The CL-3 digital tampon machine produces the latest kind of
digital tampon which is rolled to give it a high degree of stability
and excellent absorption. All the different kinds of digital tampons
that are available on the market can be produced on the Ruggli tampon
machines described above, including any differences in raw materials.
The primary materials are sealed and cut for further processing. Before
they are taken away for the winding process, the withdrawal cord is
laid around the pledget and knotted. When the tampon blank has been
rolled in the winding drum, it is taken to the press, compressed,
pushed into the packing sleeve and sealed. The process of producing
the digital tampon is then complete.
There is no difference in the quality of the digital tampons produced
by the tampon machines CL-3 and CL-3M. The main difference
between the two machines is in the speed of production.
