Put into operation/training
Our qualified assembly team puts the tampon machines into operation
on site of the client. Putting into operation and training last
between two and three weeks. During this time operators and
maintenance engineers of the client will be trained on the machines.
Based on the yearlong experience of Ruggli we can guarantee
a smooth start up of the equipment.
Spare parts
The Ruggli management system allows traceability and availability
of spare parts for decades. Fast delivery of spare parts is
guaranteed by the capability to produce such parts in house
of Ruggli. Original Ruggli parts assure you best functionality
of the Ruggli tampon machine.

Maintenance and overhaul
By regular and preventive maintenance machine life can be prolonged
and efficiency might be increased significantly. Our assembly
team overhauls Ruggli machines on site or in our facility in
Switzerland.
Upgrades
Ruggli is well known for continuous development of it's products
and components. Based on the modular system of the Ruggli
machines clients receive the benefit of new developments without
buying a complete new machine. Single components can be installed
by our assembly team on machines remaining on site
